Congratulations to the Brighton Area Historical Society for outstanding costuming and taking home the most “Patriotic Float Award!” Thank you to Mindy Kinsey and Lynn Strong for their outstanding stitchery in making all the costumes worn by the Historical Society in the parade.

2015 Christmas with Santa and Mrs. Claus – Past letters to Santa from children around town were on display. Christmas candles were donated and given to the children.
November 2015: The Brighton Area Historical Society 2016 Board of Directors were elected on Sunday afternoon following a delightful potluck lunch.From L to R front row Mindy Kinsey, Lin Millar.
