The thought of a new season is awe-inspiring. Buds ready to burst, photosynthesis revitalizing the green lawns, flower bulbs exposing their wonderful, vibrant colors and the Society developing new technology to assist others in seeing our great community in its different colors of earlier times.
Looking out the window at the beauty of our recent snowfall, and thinking of the upcoming holidays, I feel that it is very appropriate to give thanks for our good fortune even though many families are so financially challenged with the current economic crisis.

The Society has several projects where additional help is needed. The work is not hard, nor is it complicated. In fact, those community members that are helping, actually enjoy sitting in the air-conditioned Lyon School, and being a partner in these vital history projects of our community.
